Cancellation policy
You can cancel for free up to three months before arrival.
From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival we charge 40% the rental price.
From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the rental price.
For cancellation within the last week before arrival we charge 90% of the rental price, and 100% for early departure.

Getting there
Inntal motorway to Zillertal exit, from there 24 km on the Zillertal expressway.
Exit Zell Nord - right towards Zellberg
Over the train tracks, straight through the village - over the Ziller Bridge.
At Autohaus Huber (VW and Audi) - turn left towards Hippach.
Then drive about 1200 m into the valley.
Our house is on the left.

Nun wohl schon zum fünften Mal
führt uns der Weg ins Zillertal.
Dorthin, wo man in Zellberbeben
schöne Tage kann verleben,
in Garbers Urlaubsdomizil,
das uns wieder sehr gefiel.
Wohnung eins und Wohnung zwei
waren zum Glück noch beide frei.
Platz genug für Jung und Alt
für einen tollen Aufenthalt!
Oma, Opa in der einen,
Mutter, Vater mit dem Kleinen
in der andern gingen schlafen,
gleichwohl zur Mahlzeit wir uns trafen.
So ging es rege hin und her,
Klein-Manu, dem gefiel das sehr.
Diesmal gings nicht hoch zum Berg,
denn mit unserm kleinen Zwerg
galts den Spielplatz zu erkunden,
der in Zell ward schnell gefunden.
Mal Oma/Opa, dann die andern,
so konnten alle auch mal wandern.
Kurzum, der Urlaub war sehr schön,
wir freuen uns aufs Wiedersehn!

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen, sie war sehr sauber und geschackvoll eingerichtet.
Die Gastgeber sind zuvorkommend , hilfsbereit und liebenswürdig. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
