Wer einen Ort zum Verweilen in Ruhe sucht, ist hier nicht gut aufgehoben, sobald das erste Auto durch das Tal fährt hat man Dauerlärm, sobald er zunimmt, breitet sich der Lärm bis ins Wohnzimmer aus.
Darüber hinaus betreibt der Eigentümer einen Weinberg rund um das Haus, den er vom Anreisetag bis eventuell zum Abreisetag von 9-9:30 Uhr bis 17-18 Uhr mit einer Motorsense frei von Unkraut mäht.
Das Haus selbst ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig, an mehreren Stellen veraltete Fliesen, Risse im Balkon, keine Fliesen rund um den Pool, das Geschirr und/oder Besteck darf nicht von der Küche (oben) in die Sommerküche (unten) gebracht werden Wenn Sie dann nach 22 Uhr draußen Lärm machen, reden oder Musik machen, wird sofort die Polizei gerufen und Sie müssen sich an das Nachtlärmgesetz halten.
Kurz gesagt, für mich ist es auf keinen Fall eine Wiederholung wert
