Close to St. Martin are the Kropsburg, the Kalmit, the Lourdes Grotto, the landscape pond, the barefoot path, the wine trail and the house on the vineyard with a view over the Rhine plain. The hiking network is extensive and the forest huts “Haus an den Fichten”, “Grillhütte”, “Klausentalhütte” and “Kalmit” are located in the immediate vicinity.
You can experience the Palatinate Forest, large vineyards and restaurants as well as leisure activities in the climatic health resort of St. Martin.
Coming from the A65 motorway, exit towards Edenkoben, then head towards Neustadt and at the roundabout take the new bypass road to St. Martin.
Our house is located in the middle of the holiday residential area of St. Martin.

If you need to cancel your trip, you need to send a written notification.
In the event of cancellation, the landlord is nonetheless entitled to the agreed price of the booking. If the booked accommodation cannot be re-let, the landlord is entitled to demand compensation according to the following conditions:
Until 10 a.m.. Day before departure 50% of the rental price.
Up to 2 days before arrival: 70% of the total cost.
Up to 1 day before arrival: 100% of the total cost.
The landlord can withdraw from the contract after the start of the rental period without observing a notice period if the tenant persistently disturbs other tenants/neighbours despite a warning or behaves in such a way that is contrary to the contract that the immediate termination of the rental agreement is justified.
