A beautiful, bright, new and well-equipped studio with a small separate kitchen and bathroom with shower / toilet. This non-smoking studio is very cozy and modern. The 21.20sqm are optimally divided and modernly decorated. The queen-size box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) is very comfortable. You will enjoy your stay in the BIT-City Studio in the middle of the city of Bitburg. The studio is ideal for a short stay of max. 14 days with low demands on the kitchen. Beyond 2 weeks I recommend as host my flat, which has another room, therefore more comfort by washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven...

More central is no longer possible, right on the pedestrian zone on the first floor (no elevator). The facility is completely new (renovation ended in January 2020). The studio is furnished in a youthful modern style, the apartment has a modern, elegant touch. To your studio or apartment you will receive a free parking in the center of Bitburg. Pets are not allowed!

Im Keller (vom Haupteingang eine Etage tiefer) des Hauses befindet sich ein abgeschlossener Abstellraum, den Sie gerne nutzen können. Wenn Sie WhatsApp oder Signal haben, erhalten Sie einen Tag vor Ihrer Ankunft die detaillierte Anreiseinformationen mit dem Code für den Schlüsseltresor.
Aushändigung der Schlüssel: Übergabe bei Anreise nach tel. Absprache mit dem Vermieter: 0179 6785571, oder Entnahme der Schlüssel aus dem Schlüsseltresor links neben der Haupteingangstür. Im Schlüsseltresor finden Sie auch eine Beschreibung für den kurzen Weg zum Studio oder zum Appartement im ersten Stock. Den Code für den Schlüsseltresor erhalten Sie per WhatsApp oder Signal. So können Sie zwischen 16 und 22 Uhr ankommen, wann immer Sie wollen.
