Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels their lease for any reason, and there is no cancellation insurance, then the tenant is obligated to pay the landlord compensation equal to the rental amount or a part of the rental amount. The tenant's cancellation must always be in writing (by mail or email). The following rules apply:
From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental, we will charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the start of the rental up to the second week before the start of the rental, we will charge you 75%. From 2 weeks before the start date, 100% will be charged. You will also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, the money already paid will be refunded.

Cadzand-Bad:
Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth found there, and for sun worshippers, the resort with the most sunshine hours per year. New in Cadzand-Bad is the beautiful promenade leading to the new marina. The shopping promenade has recently been given a lovely new look.
In the immediate vicinity of Cadzand-Bad are beautiful natural areas such as the Zwin. A nature reserve between the coast of Belgium and the Netherlands. A very dynamic nature reserve, where the seawater flows in with every high tide. The saltwater creates a unique plant growth with associated animals. During your holiday, you can also rent a bicycle to explore the area or rent a boat with a small group to see the seals of the Westerschelde up close.
