You can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing. The flat rate cancellation costs are:

- thereafter 50% of the rental price
- If the landlord succeeds in finding another tenant for the canceled period in whole or in part after the 14th day before the arrival date, only 50% of the possibly unoccupied time will be due.
- It is advisable to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Wir haben eine richtig gute Zeit in dieser wunderschönen, top ausgestatteten und perfekt gelegenen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns warmherzig empfangen. Unsere Jungs (6 und 13 Jahre) haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist ruhig aber zentral, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns mit unserem Baby willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt.
