Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties as follows:
(1) In the event of a cancellation from 2 weeks prior to the arrival date or in case of an early departure, the full rental price must be paid.
(2) Should the remaining payment not be received by us 4 weeks before arrival, the booking will be considered cancelled by the tenant. In this case, we reserve the right to re-list the accommodation for rent. This extinguishes any claim to the availability and use of the accommodation. A refund of the deposit or remaining payments is only possible if we manage to re-rent the accommodation for the same period.

Eine wunderschöne und perfekt ausgestattete Finca. Rundum 5 Sterne! Die Betreuung vor Ort ist ebenso super und sehr sehr freundlich. Die Putzfrau ist sensationell und ebenfalls sehr nett. Es hat alles ausgezeichnet gepasst.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Christian und dem Besitzer der Finca empfangen. Die Finca besitzt einen wunderschönen und großen Pool. Wir hatten die ganze Woche viel Wind von dem wir aber in der dreiseitig geschlossenen und überdachten Terrasse nichts spürten. Es gab eine super Musik und TV Anlage mit tollem Sound. In der Küche waren mehr als genug Utensilien und Geräte vorhanden. Die ganze Finca war sehr hell wegen der großen und vielen Fenster. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Fahrzeug, da die Finca außerhalb von Campos liegt, ein Carport für das Auto ist vorhanden. Wir hatten einen rundum ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub.
