One bedroom with 2 single mattresses (100x200) and an open passage to the bathroom with barrier-free shower, height-adjustable sink, towel radiator, and raised toilet with wall supports.
Upstairs is a bedroom with 2 single mattresses (80x200), seating area, TV, radio/CD player, and south-facing balcony. Third bedroom with 2 mattresses (80x200). Second bathroom with shower, sink, towel radiator, and toilet.
In the basement, there is a central hall with washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet accessible via the 5th bedroom with 2 bunk beds.
The holiday home has a large, fenced garden with a large terrace. 6 sun loungers, lounge basket, Big Green Egg grill, and Weber charcoal grill are available.
Wifi. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and upper floor. 3 private parking spaces.
Please bring your own bedding for the cot. Young people are welcome, but only if the parents are present throughout the rental period. Parties or receptions are not allowed without prior arrangement with the landlord. We charge a security deposit of €350.00. This will be found on the invoice you receive after reservation.

Detached holiday home De Ankerplaats is peacefully situated on the edge of the Texel pine forest on the west coast of the island. The house has a large private garden of over 1400 m2, surrounded by trees and hedges. The garden is completely fenced. You will stay here in a quiet location between Den Burg and De Koog, less than 10 minutes by bike from the beach. Near the house, several hiking and cycling paths start through the forest and dune area. With over 200 m2 of living space on 3 floors, the holiday home offers plenty of room for 10 people.

1. In the event of a cancellation by the guest, the guest owes Texelduinen a cancellation fee. In addition to the due reservation fee, the following cancellation fees must be paid:
In case of cancellation up to forty-two (42) days before the arrival date: thirty percent (30%) of the price*
In case of cancellation from the forty-second (42nd) day up to and including the twenty-eighth (28th) day before the arrival date: sixty percent (60%) of the price*
In case of cancellation from the twenty-eighth (28th) day up to the day of arrival: ninety percent (90%) of the price*
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival: one hundred percent (100%) of the price*
(* Tourist tax, costs for bed linen, and cleaning are not to be paid as part of the price in the event of a cancellation.)
2. The guest must make the cancellation in writing (by letter or email).
