Cancellation policy
If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked and completed by another guest at the same price. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you if this is the case.
If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another period in 2023 or 2024. The deposit made for this reservation would be used for the new reservation.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your holiday.

The quaint village of Ripenda is located on the eastern shore of the Istrian peninsula, just 6 km from the sea.
Marked hiking and biking trails and beautiful seascapes by the sea, islands, and the Kvarner Bay characterize the surroundings.
The nearest supermarket is in Labin, just a few minutes' drive away. In Labin, you will also find a gas station, an ATM, a farm, and many good restaurants. Near Labin is a small beach town called Rabac with great views of the islands, street performers, fantastic boat tours, and great restaurants.

Wir (3 Erwachsene) haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in der Mini Villa in Ripenda mit unseren Hund verbracht.
Das Haus ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und mit allem ausgestattet was benötigt wird.
Das Grundstück ist sicher umzäunt, unser Labrador konnte sich uneingeschränkt frei bewegen. Der Pool im Garten ist mein Highlight und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Denis, der Vermieter, ist ein sehr sympathischer und sehr vertrauenswürdiger Mann!! Klasse Person!
Labin bzw. Rabac sind ist in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Dort findet man viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kann diverse Aktivitäten planen.
Leider haben wir im näheren Umfeld kaum passende Badebuchten mit Hund finden können. Und diese waren schon am frühen Morgen gut besucht.
Die Mini Villa kann ich absolut weiter empfehlen! Danke

Wir haben unsere 2 Hunde mit dabei, auch die 2 hatten einen tollen Urlaub.
Wir haben nichts zu kritisieren, der Pool ist super ( unser Highlight) und das Ferienhaus sehr schön :) das Grundstück ist top eingezäunt und wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. :))
Der Vermieter Denis ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch, wir hätten jederzeit anrufen können bei Fragen oder Problemen, diese hatten wir aber gar nicht.
Die umliegenden Nachbarn sind nett und freundlich auch zu unseren Hunden :)
Die Stadt Labin ist mit dem Auto nicht weit entfernt dort kann man super einkaufen oder in der schönen Altstadt essen gehen.
Pizzeria Napoli ist dabei sehr zu empfehlen ;)
LG Anja und hoffentlich kommen wir bald wieder in den Genuss in diesem Ferienhaus unsren Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen.
