Our house is a small apartment building with a total of 3 high-quality holiday apartments. A nice ski cellar is located on the ground floor. The apartment has a beautiful, spacious bathroom with a large shower, two bedrooms with Swiss pine furniture, a living and cooking area with a modern kitchen and a cozy sitting area, and a sofa bed with a cold foam mattress. The balcony and terrace offer a great view of the surrounding mountains and the nearby ski slope. Natural and noble materials have been used throughout the apartment (chopped wood ceiling and parquet flooring). The neighboring house that belongs to the property offers a small sauna, a lawn for sunbathing, a photo booth, an information wall, and also an adventure room. All these activities can be used as well.

Those who want to visit Seefeld, Innsbruck, Mittenwald, or Garmisch-Partenkirchen can easily get to all these places using public transport.
