The garden-facing living room with conservatory is designed to be sunny. Through the sliding doors in the living room, you enter the garden with a terrace.
The cozy seating area provides ample space for 6 people. The living room has a spacious dining table with 6 chairs and a high chair. HiFi system, radio, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and cable TV are available. The ground floor is comfortably heated with underfloor heating (pebble floor). The conservatory is a wonderful place to relax with the first rays of sunshine. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 2 people.
The well-equipped kitchen comes with plenty of kitchen appliances. There is a dishwasher, induction stove, oven (combination microwave) + small microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, ample cutlery, and plenty of dishes.
On the 1st floor, there are three bedrooms. All bedrooms have box-spring beds. On the 1st floor, there is a second toilet.
The spacious bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a sink, toilet, and shower.
The extensive garden (155 m2) has a terrace of 18 m2. The garden is not completely fenced. In the storage room, you will find a beach cart and a beach tent. Storage room is lockable.

St. Maartenszee is located in the so-called "Kop van Noord Holland". The neighboring towns are Petten at 3 km and Callantsoog at 6 km. Restaurants and shopping facilities are about 500 meters away. Excursions and bike tours are possible in a variety of forms. Of course, you can also go for beach and dune walks. The distance to the sea is only 1 kilometer. The nudist beach extends from St. Maartenszee towards the north.
The nature reserve "Het Zwanenwater" is in close proximity.
