Cancellation policy
In the event of travel restrictions due to Covid-19, which is due to measures ordered by the authorities and can be proven by a doctor’s certificate or an official order (e.g. quarantine requirement), we will reimburse you for any payments already made, minus a fee of CHF 80- for administrative expenses.
If you choose to withdraw from the rental contract due to Covid-19 (without an official or medical mandate), you will only receive a refund equal to the total sum of any replacement booking found for the same rental period. This is at the earliest after the start of the rental period and after deduction of an administrative fee of CHF 100-.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. Check whether the selected company covers the consequences of legal measures in connection with Coronavirus.
In addition, the regulations of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply; place of jurisdiction is 7522 La Punt Chamues, Switzerland.

Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und schön gelegen.
Als Minuspunkt haben wir das fehlen von Abwaschmittel und Handseife im Bad empfunden.
Auch der TV funktionierte nicht richtig.
Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Nach nun auch schon zweimaligem Aufenthalt in eurer Wohnung (3 Wochen im Sommer 2021 und 1 Woche im Winter 2023) können wir diese Feriendestination in jeder Beziehung weiterempfehlen! Sowohl die zweckmässige Einrichtung als auch die Lage mit Super Bahn- und Busverbidungen sowohl ins Oberengadin als auch ins Unterengadin sind wirklich optimal. Wir werden sicher früher oder später eurem "Chesa Chardun" wieder einen Besuch abstatten!
