Located at 1,500m above sea level, the house is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain tours. Quiet location, away from the road. Just a few meters from the house, there is a small mountain stream, which is a perfect adventure playground.
The Ski Arlberg ski area is only 2 km from the house. The village ski run leads right up to the front door.

From Munich: A95 - Oberau - Ettal - Linderhof - Ammerwald border - Plansee - Reutte - Lechtal -Warth -Schröcken
From Basel/Zurich: N3/N1 - St. Margarethen - Au - Lustenau - Dornbirn - Bödele - Bezau - Schröcken - Warth
IMPORTANT: the road between Lech and Warth is closed in winter!
