The holiday home is semi-detached. There are 2 parking spaces right at the house. A trampoline awaits the children. Garden with sunny terrace at the house, corner for sunbathing and fenced down to the jetty. At the jetty, there is also a large terrace. There you can dock a boat & there is an extra seat to enjoy.
Living room with a nice view of the jetty, dining table, flat-screen TV with German channels, and Wifi. Semi-open kitchen with dishwasher, oven & fridge. Guest toilet & utility room with washing machine & dryer.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. One of which has air conditioning, a 180 wide hotel bed & an extra TV. The other two bedrooms have a bunk bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, separate shower & toilet.
It is a great family holiday home or for couples who want to enjoy Friesland together.
Directly at the house, there's a boat dock.
The terrace at the house is fenced, making it child-friendly.

Do you enjoy playing golf? In the town of St. Nicolaasga, you can find an 18-hole golf course. You are warmly welcome, and it's just a 10-minute drive away!
The holiday home is located in the "Park de Markol" complex in the town of Lemmer. The town of Lemmer and the beach at the Ijsselmeer are just one kilometer from the holiday home. The picturesque town is an old fishing village, where a maritime atmosphere can still be found. Lemmer and its surroundings are a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Boating or sailing on the lakes or the Ijsselmeer is a must! Cycling and hiking can also be done endlessly here. We are happy to rent out a bicycle for this.
