If the tenant is unable to attend, they can nominate a reputable replacement person to the landlord up to 8 weeks before the start of the trip, who will enter into your contract without any changes. Changes to the contract are free of charge.

(the deposit will not be refunded)
* less than 29 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

With the commuter ships, which regularly depart from the port of Les Issambres in summer, you can reach in just a few minutes St. Tropez, St. Raphael or book a tour to the offshore islands. Of course, you can also explore the beautiful sides of the Côte d'Azur by car. Numerous interesting museums, small and larger flea markets, weekly or daily markets with fresh vegetables, cheese, meat and fish, spices and of course a memory of a wonderful summer holiday. Many cities such as Cannes, Antibes, Nice are not only accessible along the coastal road but also quickly via the motorway.
Holiday destination
Les Issambres is a rather quiet place in France right by the sea. More specifically, the municipality is located on the Gulf of Saint Tropez between the towns of Sainte Maxime and Fréjus / Saint Raphael. The special feature of this seaside resort is that it can be visited all year round, as there is a microclimate. As a result, the solar radiation is higher than in other regions of the same latitude. Les Issambres is a seaside town whose beach is made of fine white sand. In addition, the beach is quite shallow to the water, so that the water in the distance is pleasantly warm. On the sandy beach of Les Issambres you can not only relax, but also do some kind of water sports such as: diving, sailing, boat rental, surfing or swimming. There are some beach restaurants with sun loungers. In the surrounding area there are some beautiful golf courses. Many cycle paths, bike park and hiking trails are available. Regular weekly markets as well as antiques markets can make the heart beat faster.
Les Issambres is a small village situated on the hill. San Peire is the small town, right by the sea, in the center of which there are many good shopping opportunities, medium and small shops, Eg bakeries, pharmacy, doctor and dentist. Thalassotherapy (spa) is available for visitors of all countries. In the surrounding restaurants and bars of Les Issambres you can eat very well and, with good service, the regional, well-known for all France well-known culinary delights. International cuisine is also represented. Around Les Issambres there is much to discover: Port Grimaud, also called (small) Venice of southern France. Another attraction and a few minutes' drive from the Villa Cap Sud are the magnificent gorges of the Gorges du Verdon, a popular magnet. With the pendulum ships, which depart and leave the port of Les Issambres in summer, you can reach St. Tropez, St. Raphael or just a tour to the islands. Of course, you can also explore the beautiful sides of the Côte d'Azur by car. Numerous interesting museums, small and large flea markets, weekly and daily markets with fresh vegetables, cheese, meat and fish, spices and, of course, souvenirs of a wonderful summer holiday. Many cities like Cannes, Antibes, Nice are easy to reach not only along the coastal road, but also quickly over the motorway.
Getting there
The arrival day is according to the French customs on Saturday and can be arranged to a different day in off season. The entrance time is after 16 o'clock but not later than 21 o'clock. Depending on after stay condition of the apartment arrival can be arranged at an earlier time. Before arrival tenants are to submit to the landlord: identity cards or passports and private liability insurance. If the tenant's departure on the day of departure is before 8 clock, the tenant agrees to accept the landlord's sole final inspection without reservations and to be liable for any damage found. No check out on the evening before rental terminates.

Wir haben in dieser wunderbaren Villa mit der traumhaften Aussicht 2 sehr schöne entspannte Wochen verbracht, die leider viel zu schnell vorbei waren. Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben auch den schönen großen Pool unheimlich genossen. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und kümmern sich wirklich um ihre Gäste. Alles war perfekt.

Wir haben nun schon dreimal unseren Familienurlaub in der Villa Cap Sud sverbracht, da wir ja schon wussten, was wir an diesem zauberhaften Ort erwarten dürfen: In einer ruhigen Wohngegend, wo man von Nachbarn wenig sieht oder hört, über einen großen Pool aufs Meer zu blicken, darauf freut man sich das ganze Jahr. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und verfügt über alle Einrichtungen, die einen angenehmen Aufenthalt garantieren. Strände, Ortschaft, Restaurants und Geschäfte... alles in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Und dann wieder zurückkommen in die idyllische, friedliche Ferienunterkuft. Für uns eine Ideale Urlaubswahl!
