Relax in the countryside, browse a book, or enjoy the starry sky in clear evenings. Two swimming lakes nearby. In the area various amusement parks (e.g. Serengeti Park, Vogelpark) or various places & cities to visit (e.g. Alden, Celle, Hanover). Day trips, for example to Heide-Park Soltau, Lüneburg, Bremen or Hamburg are also popular options.
Holiday destination
Re~barn is located on our farm in the old center of Essel, a village in the rural district Southern Heidekreis (Niedersachsen, Germany). The farm is still operated as a sideline (grain). Farm animals are no longer present. Essel belongs to the idyllic "Aller-Leine" valley and is surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The "Aller" is close to the outskirts of the village. A good starting point for walks, hikes and bike rides in the countryside, or excursions within the surrounding area.
Getting there
Idyllic, but yet easy accessible - due to close connection to the A7 (exit "Raststätte Allertal"/"Schwarmstedt") we are easily accessible by car: from Hamburg (120 km), from Bremen (90 km) and from Hanover (50 km) to Essel. Parking area available in our yard.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich fantastisch für Gruppen. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern da und aufgrund der genialen Raumaufteilung war das Zusammenleben dort wirklich kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet und Tanja und ihr Mann sind tolle Gastgeber. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und es mangelt an gar nichts. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv erneut buchen!

Eine tolle Unterkunft! Alles in der Beschreibung trifft zu. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Selbst der Kaffeeautomat war bei der Ankunft für uns vorbereitet. Wir waren als Gruppe mit vier Pärchen unterwegs und durch die Studios mit jeweils eigenen Badezimmer perfekt untergebracht. Der große Gemeinschaftsraum war perfekt zum Klönen, Essen, Spielen... Alles ist richtig sauber und gepflegt. Das gilt für das gesamte Grundstück. Aktivitäten kann man von hier aus einfach in alle Richtungen starten. Vielen Dank! Sie haben uns mit der tollen Unterkunft einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt beschert. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Und viele Grüße an den Senior.
