This luxury villa's Mediterranean facade conceals a surprisingly contemporary interior, perfectly blending styles to create an ideal holiday home. As well as looking fantastic this recently renovated villa is equipped to meet all your comfort and convenience needs.
This detached villa offers a generous living area and is set within lawned gardens, plenty of outdoor space and possesses an all-important swimming pool.
Upon entering the property's front gate, a pretty pathway leads you up to stone faced villa with a covered front terrace, while to your left is the private driveway where you can park your car in the shade.
The ground floor features three spacious bedrooms, cleanly decorated in white, each containing twin beds and desk areas, perfect for using your computer or reading. The bedrooms share 2 bathrooms making this area ideal for large families. For the budding chef, there is a wonderful state of the art fitted kitchen with service area where you will find all modern conveniences, this leads into a stylish dining room containing a large table and comfortable balloon backed dining chairs. From here, a wide archway leads you through to the first living room; bursting with character, it can double as a study and contains cosy seating, a fireplace and patio doors.
In the second building which is on slightly elevated level there is a bright, spacious, tastefully furnished lounge with relaxing sofas, just right for socialising with friends and family. It features attractive wood flooring, a flat screen TV and large sliding patio doors, enjoying views of the sunny garden, bringing the outdoors in!

On the villa's upper level you will find the magnificent master suite. Elegantly decorated in white and complete with four-poster bed, this chic area has its own dressing room, en suite bathroom and office area as well as offering breath-taking views of the mountains and bay of Pollensa.
