Directly from the living room, you enter the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee machine, inviting you to cook together. Furthermore, our chalet has a small bathroom with a toilet. Our house includes a large garden with a seating area and a garden grill. There's nothing better than ending the day with a barbecue in the summer.
Of course, our house offers 2 parking spaces.

Our chalet is situated in a dreamy location in the Lärchenwiese district of Maurach. There are numerous excursion destinations that the whole family will enjoy. Those who love hiking can look forward to typical Tyrolean mountain huts such as the Astenau, Bärenbadalm, Feilalm, and Geißalm.
For a successful winter holiday, fun in the snow is a must. Right near the chalets is the Rofan cable car. In the neighboring town of Pertisau, you will find the Karwendel cable car.
On warm summer days, often nothing is more enjoyable than a refreshing dip in crystal-clear water. Around Lake Achensee, there are beaches for both adults and children.
