In the centre of Zingst, you will find the 105 m² semi-detached house built in 2021. It features a garden, shed, and two parking spaces as well as an e-charging point.
We offer space for up to six adults with three bedrooms (two double box spring beds (180 × 200 cm) and two single beds (90 × 200 cm) and two bathrooms as well as a spacious living-dining area with sofa and fireplace, a large dining table and open fully equipped kitchen, and access to the sunny south-west terrace and small garden.
Here you can enjoy the sun all day long in a beach chair.
For additional comfort and cosiness, there is also:

If you cancellation 6 weeks or less before arrival, we will charge 100% of the rental price.
The health resort tax is EUR 2.30 per day and is charged by the landlord.
