Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation of a reservation by the user :
- more than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the user must deposit 30% of the total rent as penalty;
- less than 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period, the user is obliged to pay the full rent.
Special cancellation conditions in the Corona period:
Due to the crisis of Covid-19, the tenant will be able to cancel a reservation and will be fully refunded of the payments he will have already carried out under this reservation if he is in impossibility to go on the place of rent only because of the regulatory provisions established by the French State such as the obligatory enclosure, or the legal prohibition of displacement. The same applies if the landlord has to give up renting his house because of the regulations established by the French State, in particular if a ban on renting is imposed.
On the other hand, no refund will be made for other reasons, such as illness, closure of beaches and restaurants, train or flight cancellations or personal matters.
It is also recommended that the tenant takes out holiday insurance to cover cancellation of the holiday rental.

In July and August, arrival is only possible on Saturdays and Sundays - please contact us if you have any questions.
If you pay by credit card, a 2% fee will be added to the rental price.
The cleaning and linen change is done per week and therefore charged per week : 110€ /week

Holiday destination
The accommodation is located on the east side of La Grande Motte, or so-called Levant side, the area is very quiet, yet very close to the centre of the village - 800 metres.
Local shops including a newsagent, boulangerie, pharmacy, grocery shop are only 5mins walk.
The location is great: 15 minutes drive from Montpellier airport and 20 minutes from the medieval city centre of Montpellier.
Montpellier and its region offer fantastic tourist attractions, with its music, dance and theatre festivals, also its vineyards and gastronomy.
There is a wide choice of beautiful walks in the countryside, but also cultural attractions such as the village of Saint Guilhem le Desert, the Basilica of Maguelonne or the Pont du Gard, to name but a few.

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden, die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und durchdacht, zum Wohlfühlen von der ersten Sekundean. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Abwicklung im Vorfeld verlief reibungslos. Wir hatten kurz vorher noch ein Upgrade auf die größere Wohnung erhalten.
