The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Krsan, near Labin and Rabac. The house is situated on a quiet one-way street, with restaurants and a shopping facility 3km away. In just a 15-minute drive, you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Istria!
Getting there
Trieste, after entering Slovenia take the Dekani exit and head towards Buzet,
then towards Lupoglav, Krsan, Labin. We wish you a safe journey!

Sehr schönes, modernes Ferienhaus. Komplett eingezäunt, was mit unseren Hunden super war. Im Haus war alles vorhanden und hat nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Toller Pool.
Da es ziemlich weit weg von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand ist, ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen.
Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag, an der Terassentür, wäre noch eine Fliegentür super.

Ihre Anmerkung zur Fliegentür an der Terrassentür nehmen wir gerne zur Kenntnis und leiten es weiter – das ist ein hilfreicher Verbesserungsvorschlag!
Es stimmt, dass ein Auto praktisch und nötig ist um die umliegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände zu erreichen (ideal um Istrien zu erkunden).

Haus wie beschrieben und mit allem ausgestattet. Alles sauber. Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Super wenn man mit Hund anreist. Nette Vermieter..
