Cancellation policy
The booking can be cancelled free of charge up to two months prior to arrival. If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the cancellation costs are 50% of the total rental price. For cancellations less than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation costs are 80% of the total rental price.
The deposit, equal to 50% of the accommodation costs, is to be paid up to 8 weeks before the trip begins. You will receive a separate invoice for this.
The remaining payment is to be made in cash upon arrival or can be transferred in advance.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Due to Covid-19, the booking can be cancelled free of charge at any time. Any payments that have already been paid will be 100% refunded.

Whether you'd like to go for a quick jog before breakfast, a walk on the Lech, do the short hike to Neuschwanstein Castle, go climbing on the rocks, conquer the Säuling summit or enjoy a long bike tour - your car can stay in the parking lot. Several gondolas within a radius of 20 minutes await enthusiastic hikers, skiers and tobogganists.
Getting there
Via the A7 through the border tunnel (toll-free); first exit directly after the tunnel, towards Füssen. Once in the Füssen district of Ziegelwies, go 100m after the petrol station and turn right at the pizzeria onto Ziegelwiesstrasse. Drive 50 m until the house with the green column - your holiday has begun.
Via the B17 towards the Austrian border crossing; turn left at the pizzeria onto Ziegelwiesstrasse. Drive 50 m until the house with the green column - your holiday has begun.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit super netten und absolut hilfsbereiten Vermietern! Wir und unsere Kinder (4, 8 und 8) haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen.

Wir haben eine saubere und absolut praktische Ferienwohnung angetroffen. Die Küche ist vom Wohnbereich abgetrennt, sodass man in Ruhe kochen kann. Die zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem abgetrennten Bad sind ideal, wenn man wie wir mit Eltern und Erwachsenen Kindern reist. Das Highlight ist eine wirklich schöne Hütte mit einem Grill/Feuer in der Mitte. Diese lädt zu gemütlichen Stunden am Feuer/Grill ein (gerade in den kalten Jahreszeiten). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man zu Fuß schöne Wanderwege und ist schnell in der Altstadt von Füssen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!
