Cancellation policy
If the renter cancels the contract before the rental starts without naming another renter who will rent under the same conditions, damages will be charged with the calculation of the saved expenses (excluding for the end cleaning) if the property cannot be re-rented: Cancellation up 49 days prior to the start date of the rental 10 % of the rental price up to 35 days before the start of the rental 30% of the rental price up to 21 days prior to arrival 60% of the rental price up to 14 days prior to arrival 90% of the rental price otherwise (later than 14 days before rental period) 100% of the rental price At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee. The renter can prove a lesser damage at any time. 3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full. Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative.

Hallenberg is a member of the Wintersport Arena Sauerland. As the largest winter sports region north of the Alps, the Wintersport Arena offers 150 ski lifts, 65 snow-covered slopes and roughly 300 km of groomed cross-country skiing trails. The hills, mountains, forests and valleys offer optimal conditions for cycling – from easy to challenging. An oasis for all hiking enthusiasts!
Holiday destination
The historic town with its half-timbered houses at the foot of the Rothaar Mountains boasts numerous well-maintained monuments and an attractive location in the 'Medebacher Bucht', a natural area and, due to its great ecological importance, a European bird sanctuary and habitat for numerous endangered animal and plant species. North Rhine-Westphalia's third smallest town is known as a place of pilgrimage and for its open-air stage in a former quarry.
Getting there
Hallenberg is the southernmost town in the Hochsauerlandkreis, located at the "foot of the rock massif of the Rothaar Mountains" on the border of Hesse. Good transport links, mostly via the B236 and B480.

Wo findet man schon eine Ferienwohnung, die perfekt für 12 Personen geeignet ist?... - in schöner Umgebung, die zum Wandern einläd - mit toller Außenanlage - mit viel Platz im Haus, für alle gemeinsam zu kochen, zu essen. zu spielen ... - ... aber auch in kleiner Runde oder für sich selbst Ruhe zu finden. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Sauerland. Die Villa und vor allem der Garten sind in echt noch schöner, als es online ohnehin schon aussieht. Trotz Silvester und zwei Vierbeiner konnten wir stressfrei entspannen und waren überrascht, wie gut ausgestattet die Villa ist, sodass wir vieles auch hätten zuhause lassen können. Besonders Sauna & Pool sind natürlich ein Highlight und clever ausgestattet. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!
