Cancellation policy
The rental contract is subject to the general terms and conditions of rent of ALLGÄU-FERIENHAUS-STROBEL (hereinafter referred to as the landlord) as well as the general terms and conditions regulating rental contract law. The rental contract is based on the respective price list. The rental agreement is valid upon written confirmation from the landlord. The requested down payment is due immediately. The apartment may only be used for the number of people registered. Other use is only permitted with the consent of the landlord. The required deposit is due upon booking confirmation. If the tenant terminates the contract up to 90 days before the agreed date, 10% of the rental price must be paid. If the 90-day notice period is exceeded, 90% of the agreed rental price and a €10 processing fee is due at this time. Upon this payment, the incoming rent from any replacement rentals will be credited. The same applies to late arrival or early departure.

Holiday destination
Our holiday home is located on the southern outskirts of Roßhaupten with nature all around. In a few minutes you're on the Forggensee or on one of the comfortable hiking trails in and around Roßhaupten. Interesting excursion destinations in our area include the royal palaces in Schangau, the baroque churches in Pfaffenwinkel and the lakes and castles in Ostallgäu. There are bike paths of all difficulties for road cyclists, mountain bikers or pleasure cyclists. And don't forget: our beautiful mountains.

A7 motorway/ towards Seeg-Roßhaupten. Train from Munich or Augsburg

Wir haben für einen Kurzurlaub eine entsprechende FEWO gesucht und gefunden. Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles auf einer Ebene. Am Haupteingang eine Rampe für Rollstuhlfahrer oder ähnliches. Super. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, wunderschön geschnitten, mit 2 Schlafzimmern, großes Bad mit extra Urinal und einer extra Toilette. Ohne Stolperfallen....., also einfach SUPER. Die junge Vermieterfamilie sehr, sehr nett. Brötchenservice hat prima geklappt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!!!
