Our eco-holiday home offers over 60m² of living space. It has 2 bedrooms and an eat-in kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The house is heated through a tiled stove/central heating. The terrace faces south.
The ground floor also features a 37m² large wellness area with a sauna and infrared cabin.
The eco-house with ground-floor entrance, very sunny. It was constructed with natural building materials. The detached house is for sole occupancy. Please note that the bathroom is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Kühbach is located in the heart of the Oberallgäu. It is very convenient for visiting the sights of the Allgäu region.
The Rottachberg mountain rises in front of the holiday home. Behind the home you'll find a EU nature reserve with a lake.
Travelling on the A7, you'll pass Kempten.
After about 8 km you'll reach the autobahn junction Allgäu-Dreieck, take the exit onto the A980 towards Lindau-Oberstdorf.
Exit after approx. 2 km and turn left towards Sulzberg.
After about 2 km, you'll pass through Sulzberg; continue towards Sonthofen.
After the town exit, turn right towards Wies.
Continue for about 7 km.
After passing through Ottacker, follow the road -2 km- to Kühbach.
In Kühbach, turn right after 250m, the last, detached farmhouse on the right is your destination.

If you have to cancel your trip, you can withdraw the contract at any time. Cancellation fees apply. The decisive date is the day we receive your cancellation notification. The following fees apply:
Cancelling up to 60 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total amount;
31-59 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount;
8-30 days prior to arrival: 80% of the total amount;
7 days (or later) prior to arrival: 90% of the total amount.
In case you're a no-show on the day/1 day after the agreed arrival date without giving prior notice, your booking shall be deemed cancelled. No-shows have to pay the full amount.
Our correspondence includes the offer to take out a travel cancellation insurance. You can also take out an insurance policy through our homepage.
Pets are welcome upon prior notification; 1 pet: €5.00/night.
