On the 2nd floor on the west side (view of the mountain panorama), ideal for families or 5 adults. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed (balcony on the north side), a bedroom with 2 beds, and a sleeping area with a French bed. Kitchen and dining room, as well as a cozy living area with a sofa. Two bathrooms with either a bathtub or shower and toilet. The house has an indoor pool, as well as a sauna with a relaxation room.
Additionally, our guests have access to a sports room with table tennis and table football.
A coin-operated washing machine, as well as a ski room, are also available.
In the summer of 2021, construction activities on the exterior facade at the neighboring construction site (The Heimat) are expected to cause noise pollution – however, this will only affect the bedrooms during the day.
The house features an indoor pool that is open daily throughout summer and winter.
The newly renovated sauna and lounge are open 4 days a week in winter and available upon request in summer.

The ski bus stop is just a few meters from the house. From there, it's a 5-minute ride directly to the Ski Arlberg ski area. The ski run back leads right to the house. The ski school for children and adults is located right at the Salober valley station.
An ideal starting point for numerous hiking opportunities, canyoning tours, Schröcken Adventure Park, Karhorn via ferrata, or mountain tours. There's a comfortable lawn with a view of the mountain panorama in front of the house.
