Cancellation policy
Terms and conditions
1. Accommodation can only be booked through the Lankes family.
2. The contract is essentially made up between the guest and the owners of the accommodation. Correspondence, reservations and payments are to be processed exclusively through the Lankes family.
3. Both parties enter into a proper accommodation contract once the reservation confirmation has been sent. A deposit equal to 25% of the total rental price is due no later than 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation, the receipt of which will be confirmed by us in writing. The remaining amount is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
4. The Lankes family reserves the right to cancel the booking up to 24 hours from the time the booking confirmation was sent to the guest. The right of withdrawal cannot be used arbitrarily, but only in the case of organisational and system-related issues that cannot be remedied by the day of arrival. When the right of withdrawal comes into force, the right to compensation against the owner or lessor is no longer applicable.
5. Cancellations or withdrawals from trips are generally possible, but require an informal written declaration (via post, fax or email). The date the Lankes family receives this declaration is considered the date of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, the down payment already made in the amount of 25% of the total accommodation price will not be refunded. Afterwards, 100% of the accommodation price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In case of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, we will offset the cancellation costs against the payment you've already made. The cancellation fees are calculated for any days on which it is not possible to rebook the accommodation. (If you've booked your accommodation via booking.com, the applicable cancellation conditions may differ from the above)
6. In the event that the federal or state government issues a ban on accommodation, a one-time processing fee of 5% of the accommodation price will be charged, up to a maximum of € 150. The processing fee will be deducted from the payment already made. The balance will be refunded within 14 days following a valid cancellation.
7. The booked accommodation is not available before 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and after 10 a.m. on the day of departure. In order to coordinate your arrival time, please contact us by calling the telephone number provided on the reservation. We ask that you have ID cards or passports of all guests staying at the accommodation ready upon arrival. Early check-in is possible after prior consultation and provided the accommodation has been cleaned.
8. A EUR 200.00 deposit must be paid on the day of arrival for any damages. The deposit will be refunded in full if the housekeeping determines that the property is in proper condition during the final inspection, the inventory (including dishes) is complete and intact and the accommodation has been left clean.
9. After arrival, any damage or missing items must be reported within 24 hours after checking into the holiday home so it can be remedied as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately if something is not clean. We will immediately arrange for a follow-up cleaning.
10. The guest undertakes to treat the accommodation and its contents with care and to return it in full upon departure. As a rule, the guest's liability insurance is responsible for paying for any damage to the rented property caused by the guest or those travelling with them. If the guest has not taken out liability insurance, they are personally responsible for any damage incurred. Any damage must be immediately reported to the Lankes family.
11. Any additional fees arising from international payments (e.g. PayPal or similar) are to be paid by the guest on the day of arrival.
12. Pets are strictly not allowed.
13. The ineffectiveness of one of the above points does not automatically mean that all contractual conditions are ineffective.
We recommend taking out travel insurance upon booking your accommodation.

Holiday destination
The climatic health resort of Pfronten consists of 13 districts, which are generously scattered throughout the wide valley. Around 8,000 people live here. Lush green meadows, clear streams, bright forests, romantic valleys (Achtal, Vilstal, Finstertal) are a striking contrast to the mountains.
There's something suitable for everyone here, whether you like casual strolls in the valley and through the many alpine pastures, or ambitious climbs, paragliding, mountain biking, skiing or ski tours in the surrounding mountains. Skiers will find a ski area with guaranteed snow in the valley and another very scenic ski area on the local mountain of Breitenberg.
The 12 themed playgrounds in Pfronten are a highlight for children.

A7 towards Füssen/Reutte, exit at Nesselwang, towards Pfronten and then through Pfronten, turn right at the Hotel Krone onto Kienbergstrasse.

Wow, dieses schöne Haus hat uns erstmal die Sprache verschlagen!!!
Wir können das wunderschöne Kienberghäusle nur als PERFEKT bezeichnen....wir würden dort sofort und für immer einziehen!!!
Ein tolles, sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Ferienhaus, welches hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet ist....es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns mega wohl gefühlt!
Die Ruhe und die Aussicht, mitten in dieser schönen Umgebung, machten die Zeit dort zu etwas ganz besonderem!
