Cancellation policy
In case of travel cancellation free of charge: refund of all payments made to the owner.
In the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period, 40% of the rental price must be paid,
59 to 46 days before 50%. In the event of cancellation at shorter notice, 100% of the rental price is payable.
The tenant may propose a replacement tenant, the landlord is not obliged to take over. The tenant shall bear a flat-rate cost of € 75.00. Cancellation shall be made in writing, the date of receipt by post shall apply. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Directly on the Gelosplatte with 1,650 m altitude difference, showing a great alpine panorama.
In winter within walking distance to the lifts of the Zillertalarena (200m to the Duxeralm lift), downhill skiing to the house in the evening.
The cross-country skiing trail is nearby and visible from the balcony, tobogganing (sledges are available), snowshoeing.
In summer, hiking trails start right from the front door, the Hohe Tauern National Park offers hiking trails for young and old.
The small bathing lake is 15min away from the house and promises cool refreshment.

unser Aufenthalt in Ihrer Ferienwohnung am Hochkrimml 108/2 war einfach wunderbar! Schon bei der Ankunft hat uns die gemütliche und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung begeistert. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet.
Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die atemberaubende Lage. Die Ruhe und der Blick auf die umliegende Bergwelt haben jeden Tag zu einem Erlebnis gemacht.
Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Zeit in Hochkrimml in vollen Zügen genießen. Ihre freundliche und unkomplizierte Art haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht.
Wir werden Ihre Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!
