Cancellation policy
Due to the covid situation, we are flexible in terms of the cancellation policy. In the case of non-permission to travel (orange code) or quarantine obligation imposed after the reservation is placed, we do not charge anything.
Normal cancellation policies are as follows:
1. In case of a booking cancellation in the period from confirmation of the booking up to 6 weeks before the arrival date, you are entitled to a refund of 50% the prepayment.
2. In case of cancellation 6 weeks (42 days) or less prior to arrival date, the client is not entitled to a refund of the rental amount.

Holiday destination
Near Quinta Vale de Vila you find the city of Silves. With its situation along the Arade river, this is one of the oldest cities of the Algarve and is in fact the former capital with great historical importance. Here you still can experience the Moorish influences of the past with the beautiful castle and other buildings, which gives the place it’s a magical feeling. You can also visit one of the restaurants near the city hall.
When exploring the rest of the surroundings you will find beautiful landscapes, wild nature, orange fields and lakes. A highly recommended area is the Monchique mountain where you can have a view from the highest point in the Algarve. Of course, you can also enjoy the most beaches, golf courses and parks. All in a 20-minute drive from the villa. The host of the villa, Marion, will be glad to inform you of all the possibilities.
