After two years of Covid, we saw last season that you as a tenant already know that renting a villa with a private pool is a very safe holiday; Covid-Proof. We thank you for that and look forward to 2022.
2022 and Covid: we all know now that, whether the colour code is yellow, green, orange or red, we can safely stay in a villa with a private pool.
Thanks to the sanitary pass, we will be able to travel with even more ease in 2022.
Perhaps interesting to know is that at most villas the groceries can be brought to the gate and that you can also pick them up at an 'order & collect' point... So if you want you don't have to do anything but relax and enjoy the villa you rented!

COVID flexible rebooking or cancellation / from reservation date 1/9/2021
In the unlikely event that it will turn out differently than we expect, we are also there for you. If there is between 2 weeks and 1 week before the scheduled arrival date:
A. Your country of origin and/or France is in a Lock down;
B. if there is a quarantine obligation for you in France of 7 days or more, we offer you the following:
- You can choose to postpone your stay and book a period later in the season or the next season. In that case, we will keep your deposit and the remaining amounts will be refunded to you;
- In exceptional cases, we look at this on a case-by-case basis, you can cancel your reservation. For this, 35% of the rent will be charged.
If you, or a travel companion, becomes ill before your departure, you can cancel using your cancellation insurance.
