Cancellation policy
At the time of booking a deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is to be paid. The balance will be paid after consultation. In case of cancellation of the rental contract, all payments received up to the date of termination will be retained. The guest has no claim for a refund unless he has taken out during the booking process in cooperation with the insurer Hanse Merkur a travel cancellation insurance. In case of cancellation of the booking, the guest applies for the refund of the amount of money directly to the insurer according to the terms and conditions of Hanse Merkur.
