The huge covered balcony of the apartment offers a beautiful view of the panorama of Lake Garda that stretches from Monte Baldo over Torri del Benaco to the south to Sirmione and further into the bay of Manerba with the Isula del Garda. To the west, you look directly into the bay of Salo and the adjoining nature reserve. This sight has brought us joy from the beginning and will surely bring you joy as well during your stay in the holiday apartment.

Pool opening hours: The pool is usually open from June 1st to October 15th. If your arrival is outside this period, please ask before booking whether the swimming pool is open during your stay.

The holiday apartment is located in the province of Brescia in Lombardy in the beautiful town of Maclino near Toscolano-Maderno. The town is situated on the western shore of Lake Garda. In the town of Toscolano-Maderno, there is a year-round ferry connection to Torri del Benaco, making the eastern shore very quickly accessible from there.
Getting there by car: There are three exits at Brescia. Take the one for Brescia East, and then head towards Salo, then Gardone, Fasano, and Toscolano-Maderno. The holiday destination can also be reached via the Brenner motorway and Riva (by the lake), Gargnano, or via Affi and then the ferry from Torri del Benaco to Maderno.

In accordance with European standards and unless other arrangements are made, the following payments will be due in the event of a cancellation:
-up to 61 days before the start of the rental: 20% of the rental price
-up to 49 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 80% of the rental price
-otherwise (less than 14 days before the start of the rental) 90% of the rental price.
If arrival is not possible due to current Corona regulations, a free cancellation is possible.
