Completely renovated in 2020, the holiday home is stylishly furnished. The spacious and friendly eat-in kitchen consists of an open living room with dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. In the kitchen you will find all the essential utensils to prepare a hearty Italian meal.
The holiday home has two cosy bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, USB power connections as well as air conditioning and gas heating.
The veranda on the east side has been covered with wood so that you can find a cool shady spot to enjoy your delicious breakfast or lunch at any time of the day. Should it still get too hot for you, you can cool off in the pool (from April 2021).
In addition to air conditioning, gas heating is installed in all rooms of "Casa Taschira". So it stays comfortably warm even on cooler days and the holiday home is habitable all year round.
If you would like to surprise your loved ones with a crispy fish / meat , a brick barbecue is available in the outdoor area.
The property, consisting of 2500 m² of olive grove, 1000 m² of living area and 120 m² of shady pine trees, is surrounded by a wall, allowing you to enjoy a private atmosphere. Around the house there are 225 m² of terraces, 25 m² of which are covered. You can park your car directly on the property.

By car, you can drive in about 10 to 15 minutes to the white, long natural beaches on the Ionian Sea - also called the Caribbean of Puglia. The coast of the nearby seaside resort of Campomarino is one of the cleanest and most beautiful "Bandiera Blu" in Italy. The sea has fascinating colour facets and shimmers in a Caribbean blue.
In low season, the beach is often all yours and you can park directly in front of the dunes

Rental conditions and terms and conditions
Bookings and Reservations
With your booking, you accept the following rental conditions. Your booking can be made by email or by mail. The contract comes as soon as we have confirmed your booking in writing via email.
Special requests and verbal agreements are valid as soon as we have confirmed them in writing.
Cancellation conditions
If Casa Taschira can not be taken over on the agreed day, e.g., due to high traffic or a car breakdown, etc., the entire rental price remains owed.
The same applies if you leave Casa Taschira earlier than agreed.
Withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the confirmed arrangement. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the date of receipt of your cancellation.
Cancellation costs
In the event of cancellation up to 43 days before the start of the rental period, 10% of the rental sum is owed to us.
In the event of cancellation between 42 and 29 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rental fee is due.
In the event of cancellation from 28 days to 2 days before the start of the rental period, 90% of the total rental amount is due.In the case of a later cancellation and in the case of non-utilization of the contract,
the entire rental fee is due.
If Casa Taschira can be rented to a third party in whole or in part after your cancellation, only the difference between the cancellation costs and the actual fee is owed.
Replacement rent, plus compensation for expenses in the amount of
50.00 Euro is due.
