The spacious bedroom, equipped with a large double bed and a comfortable chaise longue, offers you restful nights. In the second separate bedroom, you will find a French bed and a single bed, ideal for families or friends.
The inviting living area features a cozy sofa set and TV. In the open, fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals in a sociable atmosphere. The large dining table invites you to enjoy meals and play together. Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, and there is an additional separate toilet. Towels and bed linen are, of course, provided free of charge. We charge a one-time fee of € 20 for the final cleaning.
A playroom with foosball and darts is available upstairs for big and small children, guaranteeing fun for the whole family!
Upon request, we are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair free of charge. For your bicycles, we offer two simple storage options (approximately 150 m away, narrow door width of 0.60 m) in the historic Owl Tower (registration required). There is no charging facility for your e-bike here. You can park your car in our parking spaces about 200 meters away for a fee of € 10.00.
Please note that the apartment is located in a pedestrian zone, so loading and unloading directly at the apartment is not possible.
Your dog is also welcome upon prior request (fee of € 25.00 flat rate). Unfortunately, our historic building is not wheelchair accessible due to its characteristics.

In 1978 the Middle Gate was rebuilt after having been destroyed in 1945. Built in 1392, the Middle Gate divided the northern part of the city belonging to the Duke of Cleves from the southern part, which belonged to the electoral territory of Cologne, until the whole of Xanten finally became of the Duke of Cleve`s territory in 1444.

Freunde des Wassersports können sich an der Xantener Nord- und Südsee austoben und für Naturliebhaber ist das Naturschutzgebiet Bislicher Insel eine gute Adresse. Der Kurpark mit seinem Gradierwerk ist ein perfekter Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen.
