The climatic spa Bad Griesbach is embedded into the hilly landscape of the Rott-valley in the southwestern part of the Passau area (Lower Bavaria).
Walking trails and a park are not far away (about 200 m). The spa with the thermal springs and the old part of the town are within walking distance (about 1 km).
To the 6 golf courses and the Golfodrom, it is only a few minutes by car. Further relaxing choices are biking, jogging, hiking and Nordic walking on over 120 km footpaths, Bad Griesbach offers the longest interrelated Nordic Walking trail net in Germany.
Last not least worthwhile places of excursions into the nearer or further surrounding area are easily attainable like Monasteries, museums, secluded pilgrimage churches and old cities.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer angenehm ruhigen Straße. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet. Familie Ambos hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders schön ist die große Terrasse mit vielen Blumen. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und bedanken uns auf diesem Weg nochmals ganz herzlich bei Frau und Herrn Ambos für 8 wunderschöne Urlaubstage.

Es war von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute herrlich , hervorragend ,stimmig und erholsam.
In der Wohnung fühlten sich mein 7Jähriger Enkel und ich sehr wohl. Wir wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben. Alles war sauber , praktisch und toll eingerichtet , energetisch wirkungsvoll. Auch auf der Terrasse fühlten wir uns sehr wohl.
Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm, nett , einfühlsam und freundlich. Schon der Empfang war so liebevoll. Noch heute besteht ein guter Kontakt .
An dieser Stelle sage ich nochmals herzlichen Dank für alles und die schöne Zeit.
Sehr gerne würde ich mal wiederkommen.
