Holiday destination
Below the house is a cliff bay ideal for good swimmers and to go snorkelling. The sandy beach Li Cossi can be accessed via a well developed path along the cliff coast. A business center with supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops for meat, fish, fruits and vegetables can be found in the center of Costa Paradiso (5 min away by car). In 20mn by car you will find dream beaches.

Das Haus ist super gelegen! Nach Palau und auch alles Strände der Region sind in unter 10
Minuten zu erreichen! Die Fähre in Olbia ist 40
Minuten entfernt.
Die Umgebung ist super und auch das Haus, besonders die Terrasse ist super. Selten ein Ferienhaus erfahren, welches so gut ausgestattet ist! Es fehlt wirklich nichts. Leider hatten wir Pech mit Mücken, trotz Mückennetzen über den Betten, sind wir sehr viel gestochen worden. Leider hat auch eincremen/einsprühen nicht geholfen. Vielleicht wären Gitter an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern eine Idee. Sonst alles perfekt! Die Straße ist nicht zu hören und zum nächsten Supermarkt ist es 3 Minuten mit dem PKW.

Staying 10 days in Villa Nettuno was one GREAT experience. Situated inthe first row on the spectacular rocks of Costa Paradiso, we enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea 24/7, with its fantastical sunsets, and remarkable peace and privacy. All infrastructural amneties are close by (- by car 5 - 10 min: Trattoria, supermarket, Gelateria, Pharmacy, .. Parking of the local beach). The Villa is well equiped und nicely furnished. The well-kept garden with its lovely pool and and three differently oriented terasses, playfully integrated in the surrounding landscape, are just awesome. The contact person and local staff were always friendly and heartly welcoming. We´d love to come back.
