Cancellation policy
If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who would enter the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata fees - after having taken into account any expenses saved - are to be paid as compensation, provided that re-letting the space is not possible. Compensation:
- up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: 20% of the rental price
- up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- within 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

Holiday destination
Bayrischzell is a climatic health resort right at the end of the Leitzach Valley and at the foot of the Mangfall Mountains. The many surrounding mountains are ideal for hiking and cycling. In winter, the Sudelfeld ski area and numerous cross-country trails await you.
The apartment itself is located directly at the foot of the Wendelstein and is slightly elevated on the slope. You have a fantastic view to the south overlooking Bayrischzell towards the Ursprungstal.
Getting there
About an hour by car from Munich. Preferably via the Irschenberg exit and through the Leitzachtal via Fischbachau to Bayrischzell. Coming by train from Munich main station via the BRB takes approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes. The train's last stop is Bayrischzell.

Erneut sind wir unendlich zufrieden!
Wie immer ist Dank der herzlichen und so gut organisierten Vermieter alles hervorragend geplant und vorbereitet, um von der ersten Minute an seinen Urlaub in vollsten Zügen genießen zu können.
Die Wohnung lässt kaum einen Wunsch offen.
Mögen alle Bewohner achtsam mit allem umgehen, damit es noch ganz lange so schön bleibt. Es fühlt sich wie ein Zuhause an, in liebevoller Umgebung. Das Freibad vor dem Balkon ist ein schönes Freizeitvergnügen und der Blick über Bayrischzell fantastisch. Die Sonne, gerade jetzt in der Hitze, ist zu genießen sowie zu vermeiden, dank der verschiedenen Balkone und dem Stand der Sonne auch keine Erhitzung der Wohnung.
Hier stimmen Preis-Leistung absolut überein.
