Cancellation policy
Without triggering payment or damage claims by the landlord, the guest is entitled to cancel up to 60 days prior to arrival, otherwise according to the following provisions:
Cancellation up to 60 days before the day of arrival: 100% refund
Cancellation 30 to 59 days before the day of arrival: 50% refund
Cancellation 0 to 29 days before the day of arrival: 0% refund
Cancellations must be made in writing to the owner, unless the owner agrees to an oral cancellation. The day of receipt of the cancellation by the owner is deemed to be the day of cancellation. In the case of a holiday home not used by the guest, the owner has to credit the income from renting the holiday home to other parties as well as the saved expenses.

Holiday destination
The small village of Klocksdorf is located on the bathing beach of the Röggeliner See in the middle of an undulating lake landscape in Mecklenburg and is ideal for cycling or hiking. With a bit of luck, cranes, storks, sea eagles, rheas and many sea birds can be seen. The gently sloping sandy beach on the lake also offers younger children safe bathing fun.
Ratzeburg, Lübeck, Wismar, Mölln and Schwerin can be reached quickly. Swimming in the Baltic Sea is possible in 30 km.
Getting there
Directions: from the south on the A 24 (Hamburg-Berlin) to the Talkau exit, then B 207 towards Mölln / Ratzeburg, in Ratzeburg keep towards Schwerin (B208), through Ziethen, Sande, Mustin (don't turn right, but on the B208 stay); after Mustin take the second exit on the left to Dechow, continue via Röggelin to Klocksdorf, turn left here in the village: Am Brink 2
