Welcome to Ried in the Zillertal at the Kainer Appartement! Due to our ideal situation at the southern side of the Riedberg you can enjoy a magnificent view of the entire Zillertal.
Our holiday apartment is located in Erste Ferienregion Zillertal on the sunny south side of the Riedberg, 700m above sea-level. Snow chains are necessary when accessing our house in winter. The centre of Ried is only 2.5km away from the house. There you find mini golf, tennis courts and shopping facilities.
Our cosy holiday apartment is suited for up to 10 people and offers space for the whole family in your vacation with children. The apartment, which measures approx. 90m², includes 2 three-bed- and 2 double-bed-rooms. Generously furnished in rustic style, the appartement has a large, fully equipped kitchen-cum-living-room with dishwasher, a cooker with oven, microwave and Sat-TV. Of course, bed linen and towels are available. On request we even offer a fresh roll service.
Look forward to cosy hours together with your family in our garden with terrace and garden house including a gas-powered barbeque. Should the weather not permit garden activities we offer a toy room for your children.
In summer many marked routes for mountain bikers are in direct proximity. Biking trails as well as many beautiful hiking paths directly pass our holiday apartments. Sun-lovers and water-enthusiasts will enjoy Therme Fügen with its leisure pools, the outdoor swimming in Stumm or at the Schlitterer See bathing lake.
Ideal for winter sports fans and your vacation with children: The skiing areas of Spieljoch or Hochzillertal with day-care and ski schools are only 10 minutes away from our Kainer guesthouse. The Zillertal Arena or the Zillertal 3000 skiing area in Mayrhofen can be comfortably reached by car as well.

Freuen Sie sich auf gemütliche Stunden im Kreise der Familie in unserem Garten mit Gartenhäuschen mit Gasgrill. Und sollte das Wetter einmal nicht zum Spielen und Toben im Garten einladen, können Sie mit Ihren Kindern in unserem Spielzimmer schöne Stunden verbringen.
Im Sommer finden Mountainbiker in nächster Nähe viele gekennzeichnete Bikerstrecken. Eine Route zum Biken sowie wunderschöne Wanderwege führen direkt an unserer Ferienwohnung vorbei. Sonnenanbeter und Baderatten kommen in der Therme Fügen mit Erlebnisbad, im Freibad in Stumm oder im Schlitterer Badesee voll auf ihre Kosten.
Für den Wintersportler und den Urlaub mit Kindern sind die Skigebiete Spieljoch oder Skigebiet Hochzillertal mit dem Gästekindergarten Zwegerl Club und der Kinderskischule nur ungefähr 10 Autominuten von unserer Ferienwohnung Kainer entfernt. Auch die Skigebiete Zillertal Arena oder Zillertal 3000 in Mayrhofen sind bequem mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in der Ersten Ferienregion Zillertal auf dem sonnigen Südhang am Riedberg auf 700m Meereshöhe. Im Winter sind für die Anfahrt zu unserem Haus Schneeketten notwendig. Das Ortszentrum von Ried liegt nur 2.5km von den Ferienwohnungen entfernt. Dort finden Sie neben Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch Tennisplätze und einen Minigolf Platz.
