When booking, we ask for a deposit of 20%. The full travel price is due 6 weeks before the start of the booking. A free cancellation of the trip is possible up to 6 weeks before the start of the booking. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. In case of cancellation within one week before the start of the trip, we will refund 20% of the travel price.

Holiday destination
Las Brenas is a peaceful mountain village in the south of the island, ideally suited for those looking to escape the tourist hustle and bustle. Nonetheless, key tourist attractions such as the volcanic landscapes of Timanfaya, the Papagayo beaches, and the picturesque El Golfo are easily accessible. The more lively towns of Playa Blanca (about 15 minutes) and Puerto del Carmen (about 20 minutes) are also within reach. The island's capital, Arecife, and the airport are about 30 minutes away.

Host informationWe regularly spend a few weeks a year in Lanzarote and enjoy the unique atmosphere and light of the island, which in many places is still relatively untouched by tourism, such as when hiking or at the less known beaches.

Das Haus liegt im ruhigen Las Brenas mit weitem Blick nach Playa Blanca, Fuerteventura und zu den Feuerbergen, erhöht am Ortsrand, mit großem Palmengarten.
Das Haus selbst ist weitläufig und hell mit vielen Fenstern und Lichtschächten.
In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht sogar scharfe Messer und gute Pfannen!!!!!!
Der Pool war im November mit 21 grad nicht mehr wirklich einladend aber die Sonnenuntergänge im warmen Whirlpool waren herrlich!!
Kontakt zur Außenwelt dank gutem WLAN und Sat TV.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Playa Blanca und Yaiza ca 6-7km entfernt.
Wir haben die Ruhe, den weiten Blick und das schöne Licht auf lanzarote sehr genossen.
Bei Fragen stand Herr Korn via WhatsApp immer zur Verfügung und reagierte sehr schnell!

Villa Ahora ist wirklich ein sehr gepflegtes, großes Anwesen mit toller Vegetation und einem unschlagbaren Blick auf das Meer, spektakuläre Sonnenuntergänge sind garantiert.
Die Großzügigkeit des Hauses, mit einem weitläufigen Wohn-Essbereich und offener, super ausgestatteter Küche, vermitteln ein komfortables Wohngefühl. SAT-TV und W-Lan komplettieren heutige Standards.
Die Schlafbereiche, mit Bädern en suite, sind ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet.
Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern funktionierte reibungslos.
Wer Erholung in traumhafter Lage sucht, dem kann man die Villa Ahora Mismo nur empfehlen.
Wir kommen gern wieder.
