Vom Haus her sehr zu empfehlen. Unlogischer Grundriss, bei dem man den ganzen Weg durch die Vordertür gehen muss, um in den Garten zu gelangen. Die Küche ist wieder Teil des Raumes. Sie dürfen nicht im Keller stehen und können daher die dortigen Einrichtungen nicht nutzen. Zudem liegt es an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Die Gegenstände dort sind alle veraltet und abgenutzt.
