Coole Lage
Das Haus ist in Ordnung, muss aber renoviert werden. Auf den Fensterbänken drinnen lagen tote Insekten.
Der Whirlpool war nicht eingeschaltet, sodass wir einen Tag warten mussten, bis er aufgeheizt war. Die Infrarotkabine war schön, aber der Boden fühlte sich an, als könnte er jeden Moment einstürzen und die Musik funktionierte nicht.
Es gab einen Spielbereich für Kinder, aber dieser war eine kleine Plastikrutsche mit einer kaputten Tür.
Kein Fliegengitter am Schiebefenster, daher konnten wir alles offen lassen, aber dann hatten wir abends Mücken und Fliegen drinnen
Die Leute, die unten schliefen, beschwerten sich über den Lärm der Heizung (vom Whirlpool?)
Die Toilette im Erdgeschoss musste bei geöffneter Tür geöffnet werden, sonst konnte man nicht bequem sitzen
Der Gefrierschrank funktionierte nicht, unser Eis war am Tag nach dem Einlegen völlig geschmolzen.
Die Zimmer waren gut und die Betten bequem

Es wird eine Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 200 erhoben. Überall war Staub, Schmutz im Mülleimer eines Vormieters.
Der Trockner dort funktioniert nicht, ebenso wenig wie die Heizung im Badezimmer im Obergeschoss. Der Gefrierschrank funktioniert nicht. Wenn Sie etwas hineinlegen, z. B. Kaffeekuchen, sind diese nach 2 Tagen teilweise aufgetaut. Sie können also alles in den Müll werfen.
Unten kann nicht gelüftet werden, wodurch ein muffiger Geruch entsteht, den man nicht loswerden kann. und dann ist da noch der Wellnessbereich.
Wenn Sie die Waschmaschine benutzen, riecht Ihre Kleidung nach Fisch, ein Wäscheständer wäre ebenfalls nützlich.
Man muss die dort hinten befindliche Palettenheizung einschalten, die Fernbedienung geht aber nicht, sie muss auch ganz normal sauber hinterlassen werden (das wurde nicht gemacht und ein Aschesauger ist wie in der Mappe angegeben auch nicht zu finden) .
Wir konnten den Whirlpool und die Umgebung genießen.
Der Preisträger 2020, 2021, der im Haus herumgespielt wird, sollte besser entfernt werden.
