Well-located cottage with whirlpool and sauna and panoramic views of Ferring Lake. In addition, the house is only approx. 200 meters from the roaring North Sea. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room has a flat screen TV with German channels as well as the free Danish channels, stereo with CD player and free internet. There is a wood burning stove for a cool summer evening or an autumn evening with rain and debris. The kitchen has i.a. stove, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, extractor hood and microwave. There are three bedrooms and a 25 m2 loft. Bright bathroom with bathing environment, shower, underfloor heating, 2-person whirlpool and access to the house 3-4 person sauna. Access to beautiful terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and views of Ferring Lake, where you, among other things. can enjoy the view of the large, protected open space with rich bird life, which lies down towards the lake, or enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the water. Tritt der Kunde von dem Vertrag zurück oder tritt er den Aufenthalt nicht an, so kann DC Ersatz für die von DC getroffenen Vorkehrungen für den Ferienhausaufenthalt und für DC’s Aufwendungen verlangen. Bei Berechnungen des Ersatzes sind gewöhnlich ersparte Aufwendungen und die gewöhnlich mögliche anderweitige Verwendung der Leistung zu berücksichtigen. Es bleibt dem Kunden unbenommen, den Nachweis zu führen, dass im Zusammenhang mit dem Rücktritt oder Nichtantritt des Ferienhausaufenthaltes DC kein oder ein wesentlich geringerer Schaden entstanden ist, als die von DC in der Pauschale (siehe unten) ausgewiesenen Kosten. Die pauschalierten Ansprüche auf Rücktrittsgebühren betragen in der Regel bei Rücktritt des Kunden:
Bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise 25 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 59. bis 35. Tag vor der Anreise 50 % des Preises, mindestens jedoch EUR 65,00.
Ab dem 34. Tag bis zum 1. Tag vor der Anreise 80 % des Preises.
Am Anreisetag oder bei Nichterscheinen 100 % des Preises.
