Der Kühlschrank funktionierte nicht richtig, aber am Montag wurde ein anderer installiert. Wir kamen am Freitag an.
Die Mikrowelle war kaputt
Bei der Ankunft lagen im Dachboden etwa 40 tote Fliegen auf dem Boden und auf den Betten.
Daher verstehe ich nicht, wofür Sie Reinigungskosten zahlen

Unsere Erfahrung mit dieser Ferienwohnung war sehr enttäuschend. Belvilla hat unsere Buchung trotz einer bestätigten Reservierung zweimal geändert. Am Ende bekamen wir ein Haus, das weit entfernt von den geplanten Aktivitäten lag und dem wichtige Einrichtungen fehlten, für die wir bei der ursprünglichen Buchung bezahlt hatten.
Das Haus war alt, mit knarrenden Böden und Türen. Obwohl wir für 3 Nächte inklusive Reinigungsgebühr 1.300 € bezahlt haben, wurde uns später fälschlicherweise vorgeworfen, dass wir den Müll nicht trennen, Möbel bewegen und sogar mehr Leute als erlaubt hatten. Diese letzte Behauptung war falsch, da unsere ursprüngliche Buchung für 9 Personen vorgesehen war, Belvilla uns jedoch ein Haus für 8 Personen zur Verfügung stellte. Darüber hinaus betrat der Hausverwalter mehrmals das Anwesen, ohne uns zu benachrichtigen, was uns sehr unwohl fühlte.
Obwohl wir das Haus sauber und in gutem Zustand hinterließen, wurden uns zusätzliche Kosten in Rechnung gestellt und die Kommunikation war schlecht. Angesichts des Preises und dieser negativen Erfahrungen kann ich diesen Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen.
