Cancellation policy
Cancellation within 72 hours of your visit will incur full payment . Over the winter period bookings for the months of July and August, cancellation within 30 days of arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the full booking value. Cancellation within 50 days of arrival will incur a 20% cancellation fee. We encourage you to take out travel insurance. We honour all bookings that have been confirmed with current credit card details (Visa, MasterCard ) and a valid personal email address. Over the Xmas period of December 20th to the 5th of January we have a 30 day cancellation policy, 25% of the full rental will be charged. Cancellation within 7 days of reservation date - incurs 100% charge of the full rental. For an block bookings of 4 rooms or more, and for a duration of 3 nights or more we do not accept any cancellations within 30 days of arrival. We suggest you have travel insurance.

Holiday destination
Located on a unique site over looking the Shotover river, 50m below. A beautiful cottage garden surrounds a large lawn. This has a back drop of dramatic mountain views all around. The main view of the property is of the river and the Coronet Ski field in the background. Trelawn is 5 minutes from the Queenstown.
Getting there
Take Highway 6a into Queenstown, turn right into Gorge road, "direction of Coronet Peak and Arrowtown." Travel 4 km, Watties Track and Trelawn Place blue sign posts are on the right.
