Dear guests, we have lovingly renovated our house in NÃ¼ziders near Bludenz. Our house offers plenty of space. In the large garden with a sun terrace, children in particular have enough room to run around and play. Thanks to its absolutely sunny and quiet location, relaxation is guaranteed. Our house is fully furnished. You will find EVERYTHING you need for a perfect vacation. Behind the house, you can start hiking into the mountains, such as Muttersberg, Hoher Frassen, and so on.

Ein einmaliger Besuch

Die Bilder spiegeln das Haus leider ungenau wieder. In 820 Zeichen kaum zu erklären aber: Wir hatten in den veröffentlichten Bilder mehr Charme und Wohlgefühl hinein interpretiert, als wir es letztendlich vorgefunden haben.
Kein Kühlschrank in der Küche sondern abseits und viel zu klein. Altes, unbequemes sowie defektes Mobiliar. Haufenweise private Gegenstände der Vermieter. Strenger Eigengeruch im Haus, Schränke daher nicht genutzt. Unangekündigten Besuch der Reinigungskraft mit eigenem Schlüssel mitten im Urlaub um Wäsche ins Haus zu bringen. Nicht für uns , sondern die bevorstehende Reinigung fünf Tage später. Einfach rein gekommen! Hochpreisige Müllentsorgung durch Erwerb spezieller Müllsäcke nicht im Mietpreis enthalten

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezensionen, aber diese Ausnahme muss sein.
Ja, das Schesavista ist ein älteres Haus. Ein tolles altes Haus mit viel Charme. Genau aus diesem Grund habe ich es vor 12 Jahren ausgesucht und seit dem kommen wir jedes Jahr. Und in diesen 12 Jahren wurde vieles getan. Renovierte Bäder, neue Möbel, neue Küche. Und die sehr netten, sich jederzeit kümmernden Vermieter haben es geschafft, den Charme und den Charakter des Hauses zu erhalten. Es ist ein großes, ruhig gelegenes Haus, in dem man einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen kann. Oder man nutzt es als Ausgangspunkt für vielerlei Aktivitäten. Wir alle fühlen uns immer sehr wohl. Für uns ist es jedes Jahr ein Heimkommen.
