If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:

Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

A 10 minutes' drive takes you the town of Pollensa, where you can take a walk through the cobbled streets or rummage in the small shops. Sowohl das Interieur der Finca als auch das parkähnliche Grundstück mit dem großen Pool ließ keine Wünsche offen. Zu bemerken war, dass es ich um kein ausschließliches Ferienobjekt handelt, sondern dass die Besitzer/-in die Finca selbst einmal bewohnt hat. Viel Kunst war zu bestaunen.
Die Außenanlage absolut gepflegt, es hat einfach Freude bereitet, morgens aufzustehen und von den Terrassen auf die Pla und das Tramuntanagebirge zu schauen.
Wir haben uns in die Finca verliebt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.
