    Special highlights include the island of Mainau, the island of Reichenau (a world heritage site), stilt houses (another world heritage site), Birnau monastery church, Affenberg near Salem, the tractor museum in Uhldingen, the Zeppelin and Dornier museum in Friedrichshafen and the Bregenz Festival on a floating stage. The 2021 National Garden Show in Überlingen is 14 km away. And for sailing enthusiasts: a sailing trip on Lake Constance with a classic wooden ship is possible upon prior arrangement.
    Holiday destination
    The house is located in a residential area in a village environment (Espasingen has 720 inhabitants). It is 1.5 km from the Überlinger See and is also conveniently located (2 km from the Stockach-West motorway exit on the A98). In the vicinity you can reach many attractions of the tourist region of Lake Constance such as Constance, Meersburg, Überlingen, the stilt houses in Unteruhldingen, the flower island of Mainau and this year the national garden show in Überlingen and Lindau in a maximum of 30 minutes by car.
    Getting there
    The holiday home is located at the north-western end of Lake Constance and is easily accessible: From Stuttgart: A81 to Kreuz Hegau, then A98 towards Lindau, Stockach-West exit. From Munich: A96 to the Sigmarszell exit. Then B31 to Stockach-West Coming from Switzerland: Bietingen border crossing, then A98 to Stockach-West

    Das EnergiePlusHaus "klar zur Wende" ist eine tolle Unterkunft und hat alles was es braucht. Uns hat besonders die kleine LoungeEcke direkt unterm Dach gefallen. Die Vermieter sind bei Anfragen direkt ansprechbar und der Kontakt war sehr angenehm. Wir geben eine klare Empfehlung. Vile Grüße, Sigi und Rainer

    Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, der es an nichts fehlt. Klein aber fein - für zwei Personen perfekt. Moderne und durchdachte Ausstattung, alles in Holz. Die Ladesäule fürs E-Auto ist direkt vor der Türe. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wohnen gleich nebenan. Einen Seeblick gibt es leider nicht; der Bodensee ist schon ein Stück entfernt. Dafür gibt es auch nicht den im Sommer allgewärtigen Touristentrubel. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
