    Cancellation policy
    The guest is entitled to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. The time of receipt of a written declaration of withdrawal by the Lessor is decisive. In the event of withdrawal or cancellation, flat-rate cancellation fees are payable as follows: - up to 28 days before the start of the journey (check-in date) cancellation is free of charge - from 27 days before the start of the journey (check-in date) 50% of the rental price (without deposit) is due - from 7 days before the start of the journey (check-in date) the entire rental price (without deposit) is due In case of late arrival or early departure no rental costs will be refunded. It is recommended that the tenant take out appropriate cancellation insurance to cover the loss of cancellation fees.

    Getting there
    From Malaga airport the best way to get to the holiday home is by rental car on the A7 southbound between Marbella and Estepona. (Attention: Tolls for AP-7). In Marbella keep right and take exit 181 A to A-7 direction San Pedro de Alcantara/Estepona/Algeciras Take the exit Bel-Air (on the right Mercadona Bel-Air) and at the roundabout take the first exit (Av. de Bel-Air), approx. 300m on the left you will find the Urbanisation Andalucia Los Pinos. For directions from Malaga Airport with Google Maps please enter "Av. de Bel-Air, 74, Estepona, Andalusia, Spain" as destination.

    Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Helle Räume, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Marmorböden , sehr sauber, im skandinavischen Stil eingerichtet und mit einer Deko, die alles wunderbar gemütlich und "hygellig" macht. Wir haben uns sogar Inspirationen für zuhause mitgenommen. Die Dachterrasse bietet eine schöne Aussicht, die Gartenterrasse ist uneinsehbar, im Gemeinschaftspool waren wir immer allein. Der Gasgrill ist super. Es ist immer sehr ruhig. Die Agentur und Herrn Thiessen sind jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist nicht weit und alles andere als überfüllt. Ronda, Casares, Gibraltar, Malága sind Orte, die mit einem Mietwagen problemlos erreichbar sind und einen Ausflug absolut wert sind. Sogar Granada und die Alhambra haben wir besucht. Jederzeit wieder!

    Wir haben zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) insgesamt 9 Tage in dem wunderschönen Haus und der sehr gepflegten Anlage verbracht. Bei herrlichem Wetter haben wir jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang auf der großen Dachterrasse genossen und den Abend auf der Terrasse bei angenehmen 19-20°C ausklingen lassen. Das Haus ist bestens gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Gleich zu Beginn sind wir mit großer Flexibilität hinsichtlich der Anreise freundlich vor Ort empfangen und eingewiesen worden. Bei Problemen bestand ein unmittelbarer Kontakt zu einer Kontaktperson vor Ort und zum Vermieter. Vom Haus aus ist es nicht weit zu schönen Stränden, Städten und Bergdörfern. Alles in einem ein wunderschöner Urlaub bei Temperaturen um 24°C. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
