Cancellation policy
Cancellation / notice of termination:
Should the lessee cancel (terminate) the contract prior to the start of rental period without naming a subsequent lessee who agrees to the same terms and conditions, the following pro-rated rent amounts are due minus the saved expenditures:
Cancelation:
up to 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the rental price
up to 21 days prior to arrival: 60% of the rental price
up to 14 days prior to arrival: 90% of the rental price
Otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental period) 100% of the rental price. Nevertheless, the landlord will endeavour to let the rental object to another tenant.
Cancellation:
3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative.
Recommendation:
Take out travel cancellation insurance with the insurance provider you trust.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located in the state-approved resort of Zislow, a small dreamy holiday resort in the natural paradise of the Mecklenburg Lake District directly on the eastern shore of Lake Plau.
With its special charm, child-friendly beach, harbour and small church, it enchants holidaymakers.
In addition, there is the beautiful landscape of the Mecklenburger Seenplattte, which has its special charms at any time of the year.
By bike or by boat you can experience the secrets of nature, maybe even a little adventure...
It is wonderful to observe the setting sun.
Getting there
AB 19: exit Waren direction Zislow via Adamshoffnung in Zislow into the turning right of way straight ahead into Dorfstr., left Zylinderberg, after 200 m, red house on the left side. On the last 100 m, the Zylinderberg becomes a sandy slope.
AB 24: exit Meyenburg, direction Meyenburg/Ganzlin, turn left towards Röbel/Neustrelitz, after approx. 1 km turn left to Zislow

Wir haben ein paar Tage im Januar hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und gemütlich.
Für Touren in die Umgebung ist die Lage optimal. Auch zum See ist es nur ein kleiner Spaziergang.
Können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben ein paar Tage Auszeit in dem idyllischen Örtchen Zislow verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sauber. Wenn man komplette Ruhe haben möchte, dann ist man hier genau richtig. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es auch einiges zu sehen.
